Organising first team meeting (Chairman)

1. ICT Skills improved and developed whilst planning the project that took place in that lesson

During the first team meeting, i was assigned the task of being the chairman for that meeting. This required me to make sure that within the meeting the group stayed focused on the topic and did not drift away from the specific topic.

2. Used your own Initiative for planning the project

I used my own initiative during the meeting because i constantly made sure that all point were fully understood by each group member and that everybody was on the same wave length this meant that the team meeting would be more productive as all members fully understood what was being discussed.


3. How acquired

To acquire this skill I used previous leadership skills that i already acquired so that I could ensure that the group meeting was a success and i played a valid contribution as the chairman of the meeting.
